So when I had originally made the list this was definitely a task I didn't see myself completing any time in the near future, but as our nation has recently come to a stand still and succumbed to a mini ice age, it has been made possible!
Cabin fever can do strange things to a person... cooped up inside for days on end because of the snow... but nobody would have guessed that when a group of them finally get outside, and escape from the boredom of their home, they build themselves a new one!
Similarly to all of mankind's great ideas, this one also started with drink. We started to build blocks of snow out of square buckets (like being at a really cold beach) and almost naturally, the igloo began to take shape.
Now I'm no Eskimo, but as far as I'm aware, igloos are made out of blocks of ice... so it isn't really an igloo, more of a snigloo (snow igloo) ... but it still counts... and when you stumble home from the club and have lost a large proportion of your clothes, accommodation is accommodation... So ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the snigloo!
Spend a night in an igloo.... CHECK!!!
